POLICIES OF MIDDLE GROVE INN

Occupancy:  The Marilyn guest room can accommodate 3 guests; other guest rooms are single or double occupancy rooms.  

Room Rates:     $85 per room per night for the Susannah and Victoria Rooms (the cost is $125 per night if either room is rented as a private bath).

           $95 per night for the Marilyn Room.

           $110 per night for the Glorianna Suite.   

           $75 per night for the Matthew Study (queen bed on lower level with private bath)                  

Room rates include full breakfast with coffee, or tea, and juice.

Cancellations:  A full refund will be made if cancellation is received 48 hours prior to arrival date.   No refunds for early departure.  

No Smoking:  We are a no-smoking facility, but smoking is permitted outside on the grounds.  

Animals/Pets:  Sorry, we cannot accommodate guests' animals of any kind or their pets.  But you may enjoy our  Poodle while you're here.  

Children: We do accept children 8 and over.  If the family has reserved the entire house, then children under the age of 8 are okay. 

Reservations:  Reservations may be made by mail, phone, e-mail, or fax.  You may make payments by personal check, credit card, cash, or travelers checks.  There will be a $50 charge on all defaulted checks. 

Check In/Check out Times:   Guests may check-in beginning at 3:00 p.m. and check-out at 11:00 a.m.  We can accommodate guests who want to make special arrangements for different arrival times, but please check-in not later than 9PM.
